ESSENTIAL REDOX COENZYME

COREYNAD™

NAD+ · NICOTINAMIDE ADENINE DINUCLEOTIDE · 500 MG

CoreyNAD™ is nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+), the universal redox coenzyme of cellular energy metabolism — the obligatory substrate of the sirtuins and PARPs. Supplied as lyophilised powder in vials of 500 mg, packed 1 vial + 1 vial (lyophilisate + solvent) per foil sachet for wholesale distribution.

RESEARCH KEYPOINT  Research found the benefit of NAD+ in helping sustain sirtuin activity and cellular energy metabolism, with tissue levels shown to decline markedly with age.

ABOUT COREYNAD

The universal coenzyme NAD+

Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+) is the universal redox coenzyme found in every living cell, the electron carrier of glycolysis, the TCA cycle and oxidative phosphorylation — beyond redox chemistry it is the obligatory substrate of the sirtuins, PARPs and CD38, placing it at the centre of energy metabolism, DNA repair and cell signalling.

Research spans metabolism and ageing, mitochondrial function, and the pharmacology of NAD+ precursors such as NMN and NR, since tissue NAD+ levels decline with age. CoreyNAD™ supplies NAD+ as a defined, batch-documented reference material with identity and purity verified on every lot.

RESEARCH BACKGROUND

The molecule at the centre of ageing research

The 2011 PLoS ONE study quantified NAD+ in ageing tissue and found that levels decline markedly with age, in parallel with rising oxidative stress and falling SIRT1 activity. The work provided direct evidence that cellular NAD+ availability links energy metabolism to the ageing process.

The finding helped ignite the modern field of NAD+ biology — restoring NAD+ levels has become one of the most active areas of longevity research — from precursor supplementation to the pharmacology of NAD+-dependent enzymes such as the sirtuins.

OUR TECHNOLOGY

Pressurized Dark-Room Fragmented Lyophilization

CoreyNAD™ is lyophilised using CoreyPauling's proprietary Pressurized Dark-Room Fragmented Lyophilization process, which protects the peptide from light and oxidative stress during freeze-drying — critical for a redox-active dinucleotide whose value lies in its intact, oxidised form. The result is stability that conventional lyophilisates cannot match.

90+ days

Near-stable at room temperature

The lyophilised powder remains almost fully stable for over 90 days at room temperature — forgiving of transit delays and customs holds without loss of integrity.

3 years

Stable in cold storage

Stored cold at 2–8°C, CoreyNAD™ retains full stability for the shelf life stated on every label, from the date of manufacture.

CoreyNAD™ is analytical grade only. CoreyPauling does not encourage or support its use in humans or veterinary applications.

QUALITY & MANUFACTURING

Every batch documented

STD

International standards

Manufactured under internationally recognised quality standards with controlled environments and validated processes at every production step.

HPLC

Analytical verification

Identity, purity and content are verified by HPLC and complementary analytical methods before any batch is released.

LOT

Full traceability

Lot, manufacturing and expiry data are printed on every sachet and vial, tied to batch records and the Certificate of Analysis.

STORAGE & HANDLING

Cold chain, door to door

Store cold at 2–8°C

Keep refrigerated for full shelf life. Do not freeze. Protect vials from light and keep them in the original sachet until use; brief room-temperature excursions are tolerated thanks to our lyophilization process.

Insulated export shipping

Wholesale consignments ship in insulated packaging with cooling elements and temperature indicators, with export documentation prepared per destination.
